Cline personally completes the final inspection then attaches a Certificate of Authenticity before shipping each piece. The art is very well represented on the website and even more beautiful in person.

CLINE uses the most up to date and fine quality materials, acid-free and archival products for all the art the Artist creates, so that each painting is preserved for longevity for you as a cherished heirloom. Quality Custom Framing

Each painting comes with it’s own custom framing personally selected by L.A. CLINE to compliment the fine art. Each work of art displayed on this website includes its own framing unless it specifies that there is no frame. If you prefer to change the frame, L.A. CLINE would be happy to work with you. Note: These changes may add additional costs.

Purchasing Original Art Pieces

If you would like to purchase an Original Framed Pastel Painting from L.A. CLINE Fine Art or commission an original painting, these original works are not returnable. L.A. CLINE will see that you will be fully satisfied viewing the Art Store Painting and or the progress of your Commission Painting via Face-time, Video, and email. Return Policy

L.A. CLINE Fine Art gives a money-back guarantee within seven to ten (7 ) business days of receiving the art piece from the Art Store. Call our customer service number for your authorization number and the new art must be shipped in its original new condition and original box and packing for the return. When we receive your art you will be refunded the cost of the art and half the shipping.

Box Damage During Shipment

If any part of the box is severely damaged, including if the package is bent, dented, or appears to be open, etc, Please refuse the shipment and contact us at 954-850-1056, and allow it to be returned to us. Do not even open it. We will send you another shipment.
