Return Policy

I want you to love your artwork. If the package has been damaged in shipping, refuse the package and have it returned to L.A.CLINE Fine Art. The painting will be replaced and reshipped.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must phone or email me within 5 days of receipt for return authorization (custom orders cannot be returned). Save the original box and packing and I will set up the return for your. If you are returning from the USA there is no charge. If you are returning from outside the USA there will be a charge. However I work with a shipper and will give you the quote they give me.  Upon receipt of the artwork, still in new condition, you can exchange the painting for another work of art or a credit towards the purchase of the returned painting or store credit will be issued.

If you feel you need more information about a piece before your purchase contact me with your concerns and I will do my absolute best to give you the information you need to make your happy purchase.  All my Art is inspected by me before they are shipped.  I also wrap the piece before I give it to shipping were they wrap it again for safety.

Shipping

My Fine Art products are shipped securely wrapped and protected to ensure safe arrival. All orders are shipped economically DHL, UPS or Fedex depending on our area. Each order has a tracking receipt. All shipping is subject to changes depending on the rates of the carriers.  L.A. CLINE Fine Art protects the art with qualified shipping carriers familiar with art packing to insure your order arriving safely and undamaged.

If you are out of the area of our USA shipping destinations you will be presented with the payment option for your products only and shipping will be billed separately. If you want the exact shipping cost to your destination, call or email us with your order number and I will personally send you the shipping cost estimate.
