“Two Sisters” Family Portrait Painting

“TWO SISTERS” family portrait painting was an absolute joy to create. Their mother wanted the artwork to capture the carefree spirit of their childhood, featuring casual T-shirts and a serene, natural backdrop. The background was entirely imaginary, designed to complement the essence of their playful memories.

To add an extra touch of fun, we incorporated an orange rubber ball from their pool, enhancing the lively atmosphere of the portrait. The placement of the sisters was a particularly important aspect of the composition. The older sister, who was naturally shorter than her younger sibling, was positioned slightly forward and elevated in the painting. This clever arrangement subtly emphasized her role as the elder sister while maintaining a balanced visual harmony.

Their close bond was beautifully conveyed through a natural, affectionate hug, a detail that resonated deeply with the entire family. The final pastel painting became a cherished portrayal of their joyful connection and treasured childhood moments.
